Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the chefs in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries and ensure they are stored in the right areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including work surfaces, floors, and walls.
  • Assist the chefs with food preparation, such as peeling and washing.
  • Keep freezers, fridges, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
