Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance forklift to load and unload palletised goods from trailers, rigid vehicles, and vans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Counterbalance forklift to receive, locate, and dispatch goods within the warehouse.
  • Use the warehouse system and scanner to accurately track and manage inventory.
  • Replenish and consolidate stock as required, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Perform general housekeeping and upkeep of the warehousing area and equipment.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and reports in line with warehouse processes.

Requirements:

  • Current Counterbalance forklift licence (full in-house training provided for the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
