We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all warranty and department administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of warranty claims and administration.
- Ensure compliance with group, manufacturer, and statutory legislation.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with previous/current warranty administration experience, ideally with manufacturer warranties. You should have confident IT skills, with Kerridge experience being a plus (full training is provided). If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
