Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the nursery management team to develop and implement effective strategies for staff development and quality improvement.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging and creative learning environments that inspire children to thrive.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
