About the Role:
The Admissions Officer will be responsible for administering the school's admissions procedures, including the common round of admissions and in-year admissions. This is a busy role that requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the school's admissions procedures, including the common round of admissions and in-year admissions.
- Process and manage a large number of in-year and Year 7 appeals.
- Assist the whole team with general administrative duties.
- Work outside of school hours for a small number of admissions-related school events.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide administrative support as needed.
