About the Role:

The Admissions Officer will be responsible for administering the school's admissions procedures, including the common round of admissions and in-year admissions. This is a busy role that requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the school's admissions procedures, including the common round of admissions and in-year admissions.
  • Process and manage a large number of in-year and Year 7 appeals.
  • Assist the whole team with general administrative duties.
  • Work outside of school hours for a small number of admissions-related school events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide administrative support as needed.
