Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative sustainability products that meet the needs of our SMB clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging sustainability trends, SMB client preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Commercial Expertise
  • Assess the financial viability of sustainability products, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and revenue projections.
  • Product Development and Delivery
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability roadmap tailored to the needs and priorities of the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of new sustainability products from concept through to launch.
  • Engagement and Communication
  • Communicate the visibility of sustainability initiatives internally and externally.
  • Build strong relationships with executive and senior leadership teams to ensure alignment and support for sustainability initiatives.
  • Sustainability Expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with global sustainability legislation and regulations, and provide strategic guidance and leadership in sustainability initiatives.
  • Success Metrics
  • Develop key success metrics to demonstrate the success of newly implemented Sustainability products.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Product Manager with a strong background in product management, sustainability, and environmental science. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in business, sustainability, environmental science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (min 5 years) in product management, with a focus on sustainability or related fields.
