Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Ivy Rock Partners Ltd. As a Senior Manager - Children's Finance, you will be responsible for providing financial management and business partnering support to our Children's Services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff in providing financial services, including specialist and strategic advice and information.
- Work closely with the Children's Services Leadership team, Senior Finance Officers, and external partners to deliver results and ensure financial sustainability.
- Provide business partnering support to key transformation programmes, using a business partnering approach.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the delivery of our MTFS.
Requirements
- CCAB Qualified Accountant with extensive finance business partnering experience at a local authority or similar.
- Children's Service experience is highly beneficial, but we are happy to consider candidates across the public sector disciplines.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
