We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an account manager and estimator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts, including clients, account managers, and the production team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Process quotes for qualified leads, both large and small bespoke projects, and follow up at a suitable time.
- Utilize excellent time management skills to process quotes in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the printing industry and its products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient and organized, with excellent time management skills.
