Animal Management Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Animal Management Instructor to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. As an Animal Management Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the animal management industry.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver animal management courses, demonstrating and instructing learners in practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
- Supervise students on the Animal Centre, ensuring their safety and well-being during practical tasks and duties.
- Lead the development, monitoring, and assessment of practical skills, supporting lecturers and technicians in delivering units and professional development sessions.
- Assist with the management of animal welfare and daily care, maintaining accurate records using ZIMS and other record-keeping methods.
- Contribute to the development of the animal management curriculum and Animal Centre, ensuring safe-working practices and adherence to college regulations and health and safety procedures.
