About the Role:

The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing a mechanical department dealing with small projects, as well as ongoing servicing and reactive works throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing cost pricing and estimates for new mechanical / HVAC works / reactive works
  • Carrying out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contracts
  • Reviewing technical drawings and specifications for take offs to create a materials list
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, as well as maintaining regular contact with customers to keep them updated
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are met, across the department
  • Managing labour, both direct and sub-contractors
  • Working from the office, with site visits when required

Requirements:

  • A technical background, within the HVAC industry, ideally heating or plumbing
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Based within commutable distance to the office
