Business Improvement Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team at Ventula Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence through process improvement and analysis.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading supplier of maritime services to the British economy. You will be responsible for monitoring and conducting ongoing analyses to ensure processes are continually meeting business objectives. Your expertise in process analysis, data analysis, and project delivery methodologies will be essential in identifying pain points and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and conduct ongoing analyses to ensure processes meet business objectives
- Capture pain points and overall process performance through data analysis
- Execute root cause analysis where appropriate
- Manage CI projects using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience of using process analysis concepts and tools to complete process mapping and pain point identification
- Good level of data analysis experience
- Advance experience in Excel skills
- Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum)
