About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Teva. As a key member of our Facilities and Site Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site's electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of the site's MFC plant and building, minimizing downtime and ensuring speedy resolution of issues.
  • Implement and monitor all aspects of electrical and mechanical work on site, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee contract work and issue work permits to contractors, ensuring compliance with site procedures and regulations.
  • Manage routine maintenance schedules, covering MFC and services equipment, and ensure adherence to Safe Working Procedures (SWP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Have due regard for HASAWA, PUWER, and Electricity at Work Regulations, recommending remedial actions as necessary.
  • Accurately record data in the Hexagon EAM database in a timely fashion.
  • Treat all information as confidential to the organization.
  • Perform other duties reasonably requested by the Facilities and Site Services Team Lead/Operational Managers.

Requirements

  • Call out to systems or equipment failure.
  • Work overtime when reasonably requested.

About You

  • You have served a recognized electrical/mechanical apprenticeship.
  • You are 18th edition qualified (minimum requirement).
  • You have sound knowledge of The Electricity at Work Regulations, HASAWA, and PUWER.
  • You have electrical/mechanical site-related work experience within a maintenance-based role.
  • Past/current career experience within a PLC environment would be preferred.
  • You have management experience of external contractors and supervising contractors.
  • You hold a full UK driving license.
