With a network of 162 repair centers, they offer a wide range of services designed to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring that every repair is executed with precision and care.
We are currently seeking a skilled Panel Beater/Technician to join the team at the Brackley location. This role involves performing high-volume repairs in accordance with BSI PAS 10125 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan your workload to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
- Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
- Execute repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain flexibility in your approach to tasks.
- Consistently uphold high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Candidate Profile:
If you are a dedicated and highly skilled Panel Technician with a track record of excellence, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will possess ATA qualifications or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), although time-served candidates will also be considered.
Job Requirements:
As a Panel Beater/Technician, your primary responsibility will be to repair and replace body components on damaged vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition and adhering to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer standards using specialized equipment.
