Job Title: Store Person

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Person to join our team in Bath. As a Store Person, you will play a crucial role in supporting the assembly and stores area of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide logistical support for components, assemblies, and waste across the site.
  • Clean and prepare components for assembly.
  • Conduct visual inspections of parts for damage or errors.
  • Manage component and consumable stock levels in the assembly area.
  • Prepare and pack completed assemblies for paint.
  • Assemble components according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Identify and pick parts from the Kanban system.
  • Maintain a high level of 5S throughout the assembly environments.
  • Perform TPM and maintenance checks.
Requirements:
  • Counterbalance forklift license.
  • Driving license.
  • Strong team-working ethic and ability to maintain pace of work as priorities and requirements change.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new skills to be part of a multidiscipline team.
  • High attention to detail.
  • 5S mindset maintaining hand tools and working environment to a high standard.
  • Familiarity with IT basics, Microsoft Office, and operating system.
  • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
