We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven team member with strong organizational and communication abilities to integrate into the technologist/radiographer team.
While experience in nuclear medicine is preferred, we encourage applications from individuals with backgrounds in radiography or nursing.Our team handles a diverse patient demographic and conducts various clinical studies, including cardiac, pediatric, and PET-CT, utilizing cutting-edge technology.
Some responsibilities may include working at our satellite department.This position is ideal for a proactive individual eager to expand their expertise and contribute positively to the advancement of Nuclear Medicine.
RequirementsThe successful candidate will perform clinical duties in a specialized area, necessitating an understanding of the risks associated with ionizing radiation and infection control. The role requires empathy and skills to assist patients through challenging procedures. Responsibilities include assessing patient referrals, managing care safely, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and conducting patient scans. The candidate will also be expected to perform image processing and deliver results to the highest technical standards. Collaboration with the Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist, PET-CT Superintendent, and other clinical colleagues is essential to provide an efficient and effective service.
