About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Equipment Inspector to join our team at Bureau Veritas. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of lifting equipment to ensure compliance with current regulatory and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-quality inspections of various lifting equipment, including MEWPS, HIAB, Cranes, and FLT's, to ensure compliance with LOLER & PUWER regulations.
  • Operate within agreed authorities, inspection, and H&S standards, with a clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery.
  • Produce and deliver inspection reports using Bureau Veritas's best-in-class tools for on-site reporting and immediate client access.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant standards and legislation, acting as an advisor to high-profile clients and delivering customer excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ4, City and Guilds 4, HNC, HND, or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification for Lift & Crane.
  • Current Clean UK driving license.
