Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

About the Role

  • Generate and book valuations to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Conduct property viewings to provide a personalized experience for clients
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales to meet client expectations
  • Optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record

  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
