We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in accounts and finance, with a minimum of one year's experience in a credit control function. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of recovering aged debt balances and have excellent communication skills to effectively manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate repayment plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Minimum of one year's experience in a credit control function
- Strong background in accounts and finance
