Job Title: Head of Private Client Tax

Fusion Consulting Group is seeking an experienced taxation specialist to lead our Private Client Tax function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our tax practice, which provides UK private client service provision to clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to set departmental goals and objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax advice and planning services to meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • CTA qualified with experience in a similar role in a medium-sized practice.
  • Strong tax technical and practical expertise in private client tax, with experience in managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with sensitive client information.
  • Aptitude for research and the ability to prepare complex written advice and calculations.
