Join Our Culinary Team as a Demi Sous Chef

We are seeking a talented Demi Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at the Norbreck Castle Hotel, a grand and vibrant hotel overlooking the Irish Sea. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards of quality and service
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
