Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the dining areas, proactively addressing guest needs to ensure outstanding service quality and satisfaction.
- Manage breakfast, lunch, and dinner services regularly to uphold service excellence.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of food and wine pairings, ensuring the team is well-versed in menu offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of daily reservations, recognize regular patrons, and foster relationships with all guests.
- Be proficient in operating the Point of Sale (POS) and reservation systems.
- Monitor sales performance, upselling standards, and manage cash reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor within the restaurant and beverage department, collaborating effectively with colleagues across the establishment.
- In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, lead daily team briefings and conduct monthly meetings.
- Support a collaborative environment with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure a remarkable guest experience.
- Be actively involved during special events and peak service periods as required.

Qualifications:
