Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team as a Residential Groundworks Specialist. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in setting out for residential groundworks and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out for residential groundworks and associated infrastructure on developments outside the M25
  • Providing setting out information to foremen and ensuring daily checks are carried out
  • Keeping records up to date and working closely with foremen to keep works progressing
  • Working on large residential schemes with a mix of traditional build dwellings and small RC frames

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in setting out for residential groundworks and associated infrastructure
  • Recognised qualification in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying, or considerable practical skills in setting out
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • CSCS certified with a valid driving licence
