Job Title: Learning Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Assistant. As a Learning Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with learning difficulties and disabilities, including emotional, social, behavioural, and mobility needs.
  • Assist students in a classroom or workshop setting, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and support staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual learning plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with people with learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Effective organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
