This employed, remote-based, New Homes Mortgage Adviser position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking a busy Mortgage Adviser role with a reputable company like Premier Jobs UK Limited.
Key Responsibilities- Join a team of specialist New Homes Mortgage Advisers with excellent knowledge and experience in this niche sector.
- Receive leads from a network of new build sites for clients looking to purchase one of the new build properties.
- Access a book of customers for proactive contact and relationship-building.
- Support from a dedicated new build admin team that progresses every application through to completion, updating you, the client, and the developer at every stage.
- Provided with bespoke digital marketing materials for posting online, which is proven to generate business.
- Dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development and progression.
- A clear career path for building a successful career.
- Comfortable communicating with clients through various channels.
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
- Experience in providing mortgage and protection advice.
- Individuals with experience in the new build market would be beneficial.
- Salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
- With OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+ (uncapped commission scheme).
- Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months, while building your pipeline.
- Company car or £250pm car allowance.
- 24/7 employee assistance programme.
- Remote-based role.
