Join Our Enthusiastic Team as a Home Support Specialist
Are you prepared to redefine the standards of home care? At Homelium, we are seeking passionate and dedicated home support professionals to enhance our expanding home care services.
We are in search of individuals who possess a genuine caring spirit and are eager to work for a company where your contributions can significantly impact lives.
Incentives:
We offer a referral program in this area worth £250 for successful candidates who complete their probation period.
Requirements:
Successful candidates must commit to an average of 30 hours per week and be available for alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene and daily living tasks, including meal preparation and feeding, dressing, and general comfort assistance.
- Updating care plans as necessary.
- Maintaining high clinical standards in accordance with Nayberle’s guidelines, including participation in required training and development.
Qualifications:
- A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care; no prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
