Job Summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client's growing team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and deliver IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring project teams are well-equipped to meet project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • IT Background: A strong IT background, with hands-on experience in Compute, Networking, or Storage.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing IT projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a proactive and flexible approach.
