HR Generalist

Travelex is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our employees and management teams across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and appeal procedures.
- Manage employee absence and attendance, including investigating and resolving long-term absence cases.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and development support to managers and employees.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
- Support the HR Business Partner with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Strong HR generalist knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
