As a Merchant Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with customers, offering premier hire solutions, and promoting top-tier products across all building service sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder's merchant, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Promote the branch to increase trade sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a customer-focused approach.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 7:30am until 16:30pm and Saturday 8:00am until 12:00pm (with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
