Lead the Way in Inclusive Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our engineering, highways, and place design capability within Liveable Places. As Associate Director Inclusion, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, acting as Project Director or Project Manager on various projects, and overseeing budget and financial performance.

About the Role
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our engineering, highways, and place design capability.
  • Act as Project Director or Project Manager on a wide range of projects.
  • Oversee projects' budget and financial performance.
  • Develop and grow our work with clients, including local authorities and private clients.

Liveable Places works with a wide range of clients to help them achieve their place-making ambitions. We deliver a wide range of schemes from concept to delivery, including public realm, traffic engineering, road safety, traffic signals, pedestrian/traffic modelling, active travel, and parking.

Requirements
  • A civil engineering degree, transport planning degree, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage project teams and individuals.
  • Proven track record in project management and financial control.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Significant Public Realm, transport, traffic signals, road safety, and highway engineering experience.
