About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at RA Venues. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of food and beverages to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and following health and safety guidelines.

  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: Basic education and training in food safety and handling.
