Key Responsibilities- Property Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct viewings of rental properties, negotiate terms of rental agreements with tenants, and ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process.
- Application and Reference Process: Manage the application process, including referencing and preparing tenancy agreements, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Inventory Management: Conduct check-out and move-in inventories to ensure accurate records and compliance with regulations.
- File Management: Maintain up-to-date and compliant files for all properties under management.
- Quarterly Inspections: Arrange and conduct quarterly inspections of properties, lodging the results and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: Proven experience in lettings, with a strong track record of successful property management.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and Regulations: Knowledge of property management regulations and legal requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with local property markets and trends, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
