About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our retail team to success. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee the accuracy of company documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant.
- Manage the reconciliation and banking of all store revenues, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct regular trading standards compliance checks to ensure our store meets the highest standards.
- Monitor and maintain the store email system, ensuring all communications are professional and compliant.
- Produce Point Of Sale and price indicators, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
- Manage the booking on and off of incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring efficient stock management.
- Process damaged stock, ensuring all items are accurately recorded and disposed of.
- Issue and input stock inventory counts, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Issue and input inter-store transfers, ensuring seamless stock movement.
- Ensure the store is compliant with company deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Lead new starter inductions, ensuring all new team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
- Conduct new starter reference checks, ensuring all new team members meet our company's standards.
- Manage payroll procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Adhere to cash office procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and compliant.
