We're seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team on a summer placement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction engineering and project management.

About the Role

As a Civil Engineer, you'll assist in the planning, coordination, design, and management of construction projects and on-site activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of projects relevant to your field of study.
  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to support project objectives.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform project decisions and strategies.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to project activities.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Requirements

We're looking for students undertaking a degree in Civil Engineering who can join us on an 8-week placement. You must be returning to university upon completion of your placement. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong interest in construction engineering and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
