About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team at Jackson Hogg, a leading player in the clean energy revolution. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review electrical system designs, including technical documentation, calculations, and cost estimates, to ensure they meet safety, reliability, and compliance standards.
  • Provide technical oversight on-site to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery, working closely with clients and vendors.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to support high-impact, zero-emission energy projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies in clean energy production.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and growth within the team.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered status preferred).
  • Extensive experience in electrical design and engineering for process systems (Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software, knowledge of international electrical standards (IEEE, ANSI, IEC).
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
