Senior Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Manager to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our Regional Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality nursing services across our services and surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of clinical aspects of nursing care, ensuring clinical excellence in line with organisational policies and priorities.
  • Support the recruitment and retention of nursing teams, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Operations team to support the delivery of Nursing KPIs, such as Childhood Immunisations, Cervical Screening, and Flu Vaccinations.
  • Ensure CQC nursing compliance, using resources and tools in place, and implementing policies across the organisation.
  • Lead on the clinical delivery of QOF and ES, ensuring maximum achievement of targets in Nursing domains.
Requirements:
  • Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and leading nursing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of National and Organisational policy.
  • Knowledge of current political agenda influencing health.
  • Ability to identify training needs of self and team, and provide relevant and appropriate experience to all learners.
