Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Robust Data Models: Design and maintain robust data models in SQL and Power BI for HR and related functions.
  • Visualize Key HR Metrics: Visualize key HR metrics, empowering users with actionable insights.
  • Contribute to Data Warehousing: Contribute to the design and maintenance of secure data warehouses and datasets.
  • Address Data Integrity Challenges: Address challenges related to data integrity and quality.
  • Document Business Requirements: Document business requirements and deliver system training to key users.
  • Provide Support: Provide 1st to 4th line support for system changes and projects.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Analytics: Degree in business analytics or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, data warehousing, and ETL solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
  • GDPR and Data Management: Understanding of GDPR and data management best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to business needs, with a flair for HR.
Desirable Skills
  • HR Systems Experience: Experience with HR systems or reporting environments.
  • iTrent, SharePoint Online, and Office 365: Familiarity with iTrent, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 is a plus.
