Radiographer in Mammography Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Radiographer to take on a Clinical Excellence role within our Breast Imaging department. As a qualified Mammographer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical excellence program.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake mammography and mammo-based procedures to the highest standards
- Take responsibility for elements of planning, leadership, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with the team to standardize procedures, create efficiencies, and promote best practice
- Train in Advanced Practice, such as Imaging Interpretation and Interventional Procedures
- Work in Screening/Assessment as part of the Service Level Agreement between Barts Health and the Central and East London Breast Screening Service
- Post Graduate Certificate of Professional Practice in Mammography
- HCPC registration
- Extensive active post-graduate experience as a Radiographer
- Further years of mammography experience
- Experience of working in a Breast Screening environment to NBSS standards
