Requirements:

  • A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with adults with mental health needs, including assessment, intervention, and case management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
