Key Responsibilities- Sales Order Processing: Ensure accurate capture of contract terms in our CRM and business systems, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- SaaS Metrics and Revenue Reporting: Oversee the tracking and analysis of key SaaS financial metrics, providing insights to support strategic planning.
- Revenue Incentive Management: Manage quota planning, sales commission calculation and reporting, and other revenue incentive-related processes.
- Forecasting: Support the evolution of our revenue forecasting models, analyzing data sources to provide accurate projections and identifying trends and potential risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting systems, track performance, and improve data integrity.
- Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Revenue Operations, specifically within high-growth SaaS.
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to strike a balance between speed and accuracy.
- Experience in commercial process design and implementation, ensuring effective data capture for analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to find end-to-end solutions to issues and work cross-functionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and structured way.
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and/or BI tools, with experience in CRM systems administration a plus.
