As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing tax integration of newly acquired entities globally, overseeing UK and International tax compliance obligations, and overseeing Transfer pricing process and management of documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tax integration of newly acquired entities globally
- Oversight of UK and International tax compliance obligations
- Oversee Transfer pricing process and management of documentation
- Support on M&A transactions
- Manage and implement Pillar 2 reporting
- Support Head of Tax on Group tax risks and governance framework
- Liaise with HMRC and overseas tax authorities
- CTA qualified or equivalent
- Some VAT experience is desirable
