About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Opus Recruitment Solutions. As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS
  • Migrate infrastructure to AWS and automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments
  • Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline
  • Utilize AWS tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Config to ensure high availability and scalability of systems
  • Mentor other engineers and promote best practices around security, compliance, testing, monitoring, and automation
Requirements
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and services
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Strong Linux and scripting skills
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting
  • Ability to identify and remediate security issues
  • Bonus: Containerization skills (Docker, ECS)
  • Bonus: Experience with cloud cost optimization
