About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals, drinks, and snacks as needed
  • Assist with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions
  • Support residents with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing
  • Help residents with undressing and getting ready for bed, as well as ensuring medication is taken as required
  • Put resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)

What We Offer:

  • Multiple shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.00
