Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Quality Lead to join our team at Midcounties Co-operative. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our nurseries and supporting our Regional Education and Quality Lead in achieving excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to Nursery Managers and staff within your region to enhance their provision and improve quality.
- Brand Ambassador: Promote confidence in the quality and monitoring of our nurseries, using your expertise to drive continuous improvement.
- Ofsted Readiness: Conduct monitoring visits and contribute to internal audits and action plans to ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
- Safeguarding: Effectively safeguard all statutory compliance and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Qualifications and Experience: Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, with at least 2 years' experience in leading and managing teams, delivering high-quality training, and supporting multiple nurseries to evaluate and raise quality.
- Additional Requirements: Hold a clear enhanced DBS, be willing to join the DBS update service, and have a robust understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures and legislation.
