Tax Senior Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional tax services to our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations, and leading a close-knit team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the service provision for a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, championing excellence and delivering high-quality results.
- Build strong relationships with clients, proactively handling tax queries and providing expert advice.
- Lead client meetings, ensuring effective communication and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Support the managers with winning new business, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to secure new clients.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
- Work closely with management to prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare tax advice for client reports, providing clear and concise information to support informed decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with technical research to support complex tax issues, ensuring the team has access to the latest knowledge and expertise.
