Job Title: Senior Data Transformation Director

ITV is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Transformation Director to lead the delivery of our Data programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of ITV's data strategy and drive business growth.

About the Role

The Senior Data Transformation Director will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programmes, preferably involving data. This includes taking accountability for the operational and financial performance of the programme, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving commercial relationships and value for money with third parties and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of large complex transformation programmes
  • Manage programme governance and controls, including planning, budgeting, and business case development
  • Work with the CDO and senior business leaders to lead ITV's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans
  • Represent the programme alongside the Chief Data Officer at Boards, escalating strategic risks and issues, and driving decisions around the speed and scope of the programme
  • Establish and oversee robust programme management governance and controls
Requirements
  • Director level experience of leading the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programmes, preferably involving data
  • Extensive Agile delivery experience
  • Management of complex stakeholder relationships, including C-suite
  • Experience of driving commercial relationships and value for money with third parties and vendor teams
  • Demonstrable experience in leading the development and execution of large complex transformation programmes
