BDM Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our esteemed estate agency branch in the heart of Nottingham city centre.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams in Nottingham. With a strong understanding of mortgage products and services, you will provide tailored advice to clients, ensuring solutions align with their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client finances to recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and exceeding service expectations.
  • Stay current on market trends, mortgage products, and regulations specific to the Nottingham market.
  • Negotiate favourable mortgage terms on behalf of clients with lenders and financial institutions.
  • Manage the entire mortgage process for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and regulations, particularly relevant to the Nottingham market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
