Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain the overall data architecture, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
  2. Implement and maintain data lineage processes to track the flow of data through our business processes & systems, ensuring transparency and traceability.
  3. Create and manage data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical models.
  4. Work with solution architects to design and implement data integrations enabling seamless data flow across our data estate.
  5. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
  6. Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools to enhance the data architecture.
  7. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, models, and processes.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modelling, and data integration.
  2. Proficiency in data modelling tools (e.g. Toad Data Modeler, ERwin), database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, SnowFlake), and exposure to data integration tools (e.g. Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft).
  3. Strong understanding of data governance & lineage, data quality, and data security principles.
  4. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and SaaS (preferred).
