We are seeking a skilled and driven Regional BIM Manager (Building Services) to enhance our Building Design Practice.

Based in a flexible location, this position allows collaboration with design teams both nationally and internationally. The Regional BIM Manager will focus on transforming projects and teams through Digital & BIM methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective communication with National BIM Leads, regional leadership, and project teams.
  • Assist in setting objectives and project plans aligned with regional goals.
  • Support successful project acquisition and the implementation of Digital & BIM practices.
  • Provide mentorship to project teams on best practices throughout project lifecycles.

Team Leadership:
  • Lead a dedicated regional BIM team to address project and client needs.
  • Implement national strategies for enhancing staff skills in Digital & BIM.
  • Identify and address regional skills gaps in Digital & BIM.
  • Provide personalized mentoring on best practices to project teams.
  • Identify and communicate training needs within the region.
  • Participate in industry events and share insights with the BIM team.
  • Explore opportunities with potential clients to showcase Digital & BIM capabilities.

Process Implementation:
  • Execute the Practice Transformation Plan within the region.
  • Lead the implementation of the BIM strategy across the region.
  • Contribute to the development of national BIM strategies.
  • Participate in BIM portfolio initiatives.
  • Assess and demonstrate the benefits of people, processes, and technology for projects.

Technological Support:
  • Facilitate the successful adoption and execution of project Digital & BIM requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Building Design practice to align technical standards and workflows.
  • Assist project teams in developing and implementing BEPs, including establishing project-specific processes and protocols.
  • Deliver project BIM requirements effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to leadership.
  • Evaluate and promote innovative digital tools within the organization and industry.
  • Review hardware and software needs in alignment with national BIM strategies.
