Job Title: Asset Management Advisory Expert

Location: London, Manchester, Birmingham, or remote

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Advisory Expert to join our Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG) at KPMG UK. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic advice to infrastructure owners in the public and private sectors, including government agencies, on their most complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies for clients across various sectors, including Oil and Gas, Energy, Power & Utilities, Transport, and more.
  • Conduct analytics and asset management improvement programs to optimize clients' asset performance and reduce costs.
  • Provide expert advice on asset investment planning, including corporate value frameworks and network/service resilience and maintenance planning.
  • Lead internal audit, assurance, and peer review of key business processes to ensure clients' assets are managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop data and technology advisory services for the asset lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of the Oil and Gas sector and its current challenges.
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas value chain and decarbonization.
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and develop strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and communication skills, and experience in creating benchmarking/data analysis reports.
  • Commercial awareness and relevant advisory/consulting/experience is preferable.
