• Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and product knowledge
• Coach and develop new team members, helping them to settle in and reach their full potential
• Maximise sales and achieve targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with store management to achieve business objectives and drive store performance
